Ultimate Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 700ml Milk 

  • 50ml Cream 

  • 100g Milk Chocolate 

  • 50g Dark Chocolate 

 

Method

  • In a medium saucepan, add the milk and cream. Bring these to the boil and add the milk chocolate and dark chocolate.

  • Whisk constantly to prevent burning and sticking.

  • You will know that it is cooked when all of the chocolate has dissolved and there are no more lumps.

  • Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
