Crepes

Ingredients

200ml Milk
-
75ml Water
-
2 Eggs
-
100g Flour
-
Oil Spray
Method

In a large bowl, whisk together the Milk, Water and Eggs.

Add the flour and whisk until you have a smooth mixture with no lumps.

Heat up a frying pan and spray with Cooking Oil.

Once the Cooking Oil starts to bubble, use a ladle to spoon some mixture into the pan. Make sure to use enough mixture so that the bottom of the pan is fully covered with a thin layer of mixture

When there is no more batter on the surface of the Crepe, use a spatula to flip the Crepe.

Fry the Crepe for another minute until it is fully cooked.

Repeat until all of the batter is used up.
