Crepes

Prep Time: 5mins    Cook Time: 10mins    Serves: 4

Ingredients  

  • 200ml Milk      

  • 75ml Water     

  • 2 Eggs

  • 100g Flour

  • Oil Spray  

 

Method

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Milk, Water and Eggs.

  • Add the flour and whisk until you have a smooth mixture with no lumps.

  • Heat up a frying pan and spray with Cooking Oil.

  • Once the Cooking Oil starts to bubble, use a ladle to spoon some mixture into the pan. Make sure to use enough mixture so that the bottom of the pan is fully covered with a thin layer of mixture

  • When there is no more batter on the surface of the Crepe, use a spatula to flip the Crepe.

  • Fry the Crepe for another minute until it is fully cooked.

  • Repeat until all of the batter is used up.
