Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients  

  • 100g Dark Chocolate

  • 50ml Milk

  • 200ml Cream

 

Method

  • Melt the Dark Chocolate in a glass bowl over simmering water.

  • Heat the Milk until boiling then whisk in the melted Chocolate and leave to cool.

  • Whip the Cream until soft peaks start to form, then fold in melted Chocolate using a rubber spatula.

  • Place this in the fridge for 15 minutes before evenly spooning it into bowls of choice.

Prep Time: 10mins    Cook Time: 5mins   Serves: 4
