Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients

100g Dark Chocolate

50ml Milk
-
200ml Cream
Method

Melt the Dark Chocolate in a glass bowl over simmering water.

Heat the Milk until boiling then whisk in the melted Chocolate and leave to cool.

Whip the Cream until soft peaks start to form, then fold in melted Chocolate using a rubber spatula.

Place this in the fridge for 15 minutes before evenly spooning it into bowls of choice.
