Ingredients

250g Digestive Biscuits

150g Milk Chocolate

150g Dark Chocolate

100g Butter
-
150g Golden Syrup
-
100g Raisins
-
50g Mini Marshmallows

Method

Line a 20cm square-shaped tin with baking parchment.

Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag using a rolling pin.

Melt the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water until everything is melted and has combined.

Take the bowl off the heat and add the raisins, marshmallows and crushed biscuits.

Spoon the mixture into the tin and press it in and level it out with a spoon.

Place this in the fridge for 1 hour or until solid.

Cut into squares to serve.
