Triple Chocolate Cookies

Prep Time: 10mins   Cook Time: 10mins   Makes: 24

Ingredients

  • 250g Softened Butter 

  • 250g Caster Sugar 

  • 200g Brown Sugar 

  • 2 Eggs 

  • 2tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 450g Self-Raising Flour

  • 200g Chocolate Chips 

 

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment.

  • In a large bowl, mix the Butter, Caster Sugar and Brown Sugar until combine then add in the Eggs and Vanilla Extract.

  • Stir in the flour. Add the Chocolate Chips until a soft dough is formed.

  • Place 3cm round balls of dough onto the prepared baking trays. Make sure to leave space between for them to spread out.

  • Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack.
