Triple Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

250g Softened Butter

250g Caster Sugar

200g Brown Sugar

2 Eggs
-
2tsp Vanilla Extract

450g Self-Raising Flour

200g Chocolate Chips

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment.

In a large bowl, mix the Butter, Caster Sugar and Brown Sugar until combine then add in the Eggs and Vanilla Extract.

Stir in the flour. Add the Chocolate Chips until a soft dough is formed.

Place 3cm round balls of dough onto the prepared baking trays. Make sure to leave space between for them to spread out.

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack.
