Chicken Caesar Salad

Prep Time: 10mins   Cook Time: 5mins    Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 250g Uncooked Chicken Breast 

  • 50g Uncooked Bacon 

  • 200g Romaine Lettuce 

  • 50g Croutons 

  • 100ml Caesar Salad Dressing 

 

Method

  • In a frying pan, fry the chicken for 5 minutes until cooked. Add the bacon and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.

  • Wash the lettuce under cold water then dry. Place it in the bowl. On top of this, add the cooked chicken and bacon, shaved parmesan, croutons and caesar salad dressing.
