Omelette

Ingredients

4 Eggs

50g Cheddar Cheese (grated)

50g Bacon (cubed)

1/2 Onion (chopped)
-
3 Mushrooms (sliced)

Chives
Method

In a large jug, crack the eggs and whisk together with a fork.

In a medium sized saucepan, fry the bacon for 5 minutes then add the onions. Once these are cooked, add the mushrooms and fry for a further 2 minutes.

Add the whisked eggs and cook until the edges are no longer raw but raw egg still remains on top, then sprinkle over the cheese and cook for a further few minutes.

Ease the omelette around the edges then flip in half. It is fully cooked once the bottom of the omelette is a golden brown colour.

Put the omelette on a plate to serve.
