Swedish Meatball Pasta

Prep Time: 5mins     Cook Time: 20mins   Serves: 3

Ingredients

  • 450g Ground Beef

  • 125g Breadcrumbs

  • 1 Onion (minced)

  • 1tbsp Salt

  • 1tbsp Pepper

  • 50ml Sunflower Oil

  • 500ml Beef Broth

  • 500ml Milk

  • 750g Egg Noodles

  • 250g Grated Parmesan

  • 50g Parsley (chopped) 

 

Method

  • In a bowl, combine the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, salt and pepper, mixing with your hands.

  • Place round balls of the meat mixture into a frying pan containing the sunflower oil on a medium heat. Cook them for a few minutes before flipping them, it should take around 5 minutes for them to be fully cooked.

  • Once they are cooked, add the beef broth, milk and egg noddles. Cook for a further 10 minutes or until egg noodles are cooked. Add the parmesan and cook for a further 5 minutes.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and more grated parmesan.
