Swedish Meatball Pasta

Ingredients

450g Ground Beef

125g Breadcrumbs

1 Onion (minced)

1tbsp Salt

1tbsp Pepper

50ml Sunflower Oil
-
500ml Beef Broth
-
500ml Milk
-
750g Egg Noodles
-
250g Grated Parmesan
-
50g Parsley (chopped)

Method

In a bowl, combine the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, salt and pepper, mixing with your hands.

Place round balls of the meat mixture into a frying pan containing the sunflower oil on a medium heat. Cook them for a few minutes before flipping them, it should take around 5 minutes for them to be fully cooked.

Once they are cooked, add the beef broth, milk and egg noddles. Cook for a further 10 minutes or until egg noodles are cooked. Add the parmesan and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley and more grated parmesan.
