Blondies

Prep Time: 10mins    Cook Time: 25mins   Makes: 16

Ingredients  

  • 225g White Chocolate

  • 1tbsp Vanilla Extract

  • 125g Butter

  • 310g Plain Flour

  • 2 Eggs

  • 3/4tsp Salt

  • 80g White Sugar

  • 250g Milk Chocolate Chips  

 

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Grease a 23x23cm baking pan.

  • Melt White Chocolate and Butter in a double boiler, over simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth.

  • In a large bowl, whisk the Eggs for 1 minute then gradually add in the Sugar and Vanilla Extract. Add in the melted White Chocolate then fold in the Flour and Salt using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon. Fold in Chocolate Chips.

  • Spread the batter evenly in prepared pan.

  • Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool Pan on a wire rack before cutting.
