Ingredients

225g White Chocolate

1tbsp Vanilla Extract

125g Butter
-
310g Plain Flour

2 Eggs
-
3/4tsp Salt
-
80g White Sugar

250g Milk Chocolate Chips

Method

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Grease a 23x23cm baking pan.

Melt White Chocolate and Butter in a double boiler, over simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth.

In a large bowl, whisk the Eggs for 1 minute then gradually add in the Sugar and Vanilla Extract. Add in the melted White Chocolate then fold in the Flour and Salt using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon. Fold in Chocolate Chips.

Spread the batter evenly in prepared pan.

Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool Pan on a wire rack before cutting.
