Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders 

Prep Time: 5mins    Cook Time: 20mins  Serves: 3

Ingredients

  • 180g Plain Flour

  • 3 Eggs

  • 120g Breadcrumbs

  • 120g Parmesan 

  • 2tbsp Garlic Powder 

  • 3 Chicken Breasts 

 

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 220 degrees C.

  • In the first small bowl, place the flour.

  • In the second small bowl, place the eggs.

  • In the third small bowl, place the breadcrumbs, parmesan and garlic powder.

  • Slice each chicken breast into four long strips.

  • With each strip, first dip it into the egg, then the flour, then back into the egg, then finally into the breadcrumb mixture. Place it on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.

  • Repeat this with each chicken strip then bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, making sure to flip them halfway through.
