Hummus Dip

Prep Time: 10mins   Cook Time: 0mins    Serves: 2

Ingredients  

  • 400g Can Chickpeas (drained, save liquid for recipe)

  • 2tsp Tahini
  • 1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3tbsp Olive Oil

 

Method

  • Rinse the chickpeas in cold water and tip into the food processor.

  • Add the tahini, garlic, salt and lemon juice and olive oil.

  • Process this until smooth. Then add seven tablespoons of reserved chickpea liquid and process again until combined.
