Hummus Dip

Ingredients

400g Can Chickpeas (drained, save liquid for recipe)
- 2tsp Tahini
- 1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3tbsp Olive Oil

Method

Rinse the chickpeas in cold water and tip into the food processor.

Add the tahini, garlic, salt and lemon juice and olive oil.

Process this until smooth. Then add seven tablespoons of reserved chickpea liquid and process again until combined.
